Terms and Conditions of Sale

Jumping Gassin International – Longines League of Nations™
Organized by Haras de Gassin – Polo Club Saint-Tropez

The purchase or use of a ticket for the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms apply to any visitor entering the event site.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale, access, and use of admission tickets for the Jumping Gassin International – Longines League of Nations™ organized by Haras de Gassin – Polo Club Saint-Tropez.

2. Definitions

  • Ticket: A physical or electronic document (with barcode or QR code) granting access to the event.

  • Customer: The person who purchased one or more tickets through the official ticketing platform.

  • Spectator: Any person entering the event site with a valid ticket.

  • Restricted Area: Any non-public zone requiring accreditation (paddocks, VIP lounges, press area, etc.).

  • Prohibited Item: Weapons, drugs, strong alcohol, fireworks, or any dangerous/disruptive object.

  • Authorized Personnel: Security, staff, volunteers, or any person accredited by the Organizer.

3. Ticketing – Validity

3.1. Tickets are personal, valid for the date indicated, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as stated in Section 5.
3.2. Only tickets purchased through the official ticketing platform are considered valid.
3.3. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. The ticket holder bears sole responsibility.

3.4. Entry may be refused for anyone presenting a counterfeit, altered, or unauthorized resold ticket.

4. Prohibition on Resale

4.1. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than their face value.
4.2. Tickets may be transferred free of charge, provided the recipient is made aware of and agrees to these Terms.
4.3. Any violation may result in a flat fine of €1,000 and an additional €500 per day of continued infringement.

5. Cancellation – Postponement – Refunds

5.1. In case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, fire, pandemic), only the ticket’s face value will be refunded.
5.2. In case of postponement, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the customer cannot attend, they may request a refund within the timeframe specified by the Organizer.
5.3. No refund will be granted in the event of denial of access or removal from the event due to a breach of these Terms.

6. Venue Regulations

All spectators agree to:

  • Follow the instructions of Authorized Personnel;

  • Not enter any Restricted Areas without proper accreditation;

  • Refrain from any dangerous, offensive, or disruptive behavior;

  • Not bring any Prohibited Items;

  • Not use professional photo/video equipment without prior media accreditation;

  • Not reproduce, record or distribute any images or recordings of the event for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person violating these terms, without compensation.

7. Image Rights

By entering the venue, spectators grant the Organizer the right to use their image (photo or video) captured during the event for communication and promotional purposes, without compensation.

8. Liability

Access to the site and participation in the event is at the spectator’s own risk.
The Organizer accepts no liability for theft, loss, damage or injury incurred on-site.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected for ticketing purposes is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used exclusively to manage orders, payment, and event access.

10. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts in the jurisdiction of the event.
